- Site fees for the 2019/2020 financial year are $1,415.00 per quarter, paid in advance. This fee covers the nominated owner and their immediate children up to 16 years of age. Other friends and family will be charged at the visitor rate of $15.00 per adult per night and $10.00 per child per night. Alternatively, an extra family is $125.00/quarter or an extra person is $250.00/year.
- Electricity is charged every quarter and has two charges, Usage and Availability. Usage is charged at the normal domestic tariff. Availability, as per the Country Energy rate, is currently $141.01 per quarter.
- It is required to take out and maintain ‘Public Liability’ insurance of no less than $10million. A copy of the current ‘Certificate of Currency’ must be supplied to us.
- Occupation of your van is limited to 30 continuous nights to a maximum of 180 nights per year.
- Pets of any kind are not permitted.
- Sites are not sewered. All sites use the common amenities block.
